Exercising after meals can help promote weight loss by boosting hormones that suppress appetite, say UK scientists.
英國科學家指出,用餐後的運動可以促進抑制食慾的荷爾蒙分泌,因而有助於減重。

Thanks to these hormones, active people feel less hungry immediately after exercise, and this carries through to their next meal, experiments suggest.

Lower gout risk for coffee lovers

Drinking four or more cups of coffee a day may cut the risk of having a painful attack of gout, say  Canadian scientists.
加拿大科學研究者指出,每日飲用四杯以上的咖啡可能可以降低得到痛風的機會。

Tea 'healthier' drink than water

The researchers recommend people consume three to four cups a dayDrinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say researchers.
研究者指出,人們若每天飲用三到四杯茶,對於健康的好處不下於喝下大量的水,而且喝茶對於健康還有額外的好處。
